Here’s the inspiring journey of Riya, a Gynoveda consumer who defied the odds and became a mother after doctors told her that natural conception wasn’t possible -

Riya got married in 2014. After a year, she was diagnosed with ovarian cysts, and her doctor recommended medication followed by a laparoscopy. Her local doctors also prescribed 21-day pills, but she stopped taking them as they were hindering her ability to conceive. Despite trying injections, her periods became irregular. She switched to a different gynecologist, who suggested five rounds of IUI, but none were successful, leading Riya to lose hope.

In 2019, Riya conceived naturally, but the pregnancy ended due to a lack of a heartbeat. In 2021, she consulted another doctor who suggested IVF. Riya conceived through IVF, but the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage after one month. She attempted IVF twice more, with six-month intervals between each attempt, but still did not conceive. Her doctors attributed her difficulties to poor egg quality and thyroid issues. Despite the emotional and physical pain, Riya persisted through three rounds of IVF. However, during her fourth attempt, her doctor told her that natural conception was nearly impossible, with only a 5-10% chance of success.

One day, Riya saw a Gynoveda ad on Facebook. Having tried everything else, she decided to give Gynoveda a chance. She watched the videos and, though not completely convinced, was encouraged by the success stories she saw. She reached out to the Gynoveda team via WhatsApp, and they recommended Iron & Folic and Jeehv. After three months of treatment, Riya didn’t conceive, but she noticed an improvement in her menstrual flow, which reassured her that the medicines were working. Motivated by the posts in the Circle of Sisterhood Facebook group, she continued the treatment for another three months. After learning about ovulation tracking from Dr. Aarati Patil’s video, Riya tracked her ovulation and was thrilled to see a positive pregnancy test in December 2023.

Riya's experience with Gynoveda was so positive that she recommended it to her colleagues, and her husband did the same. As a result, four of their colleagues have now ordered Gynoveda medicines. Reflecting on her journey, Riya shared that she spent 5 lakhs on three IVF cycles and 1.25 lakhs on five IUI cycles, with each IUI costing her 25,000 INR. The financial strain after each cycle was significant. In contrast, she spent just 8,000 INR on Gynoveda's six-month treatment. When she was discharged from the hospital after delivering her baby girl, Divisha, Riya advised everyone to try Gynoveda, noting that it’s affordable and painless compared to the costly and painful procedures of IUI and IVF. She also mentioned how these treatments led to excessive weight gain and that she had to change five doctors before discovering Gynoveda. Finally, after 10 years of marriage, Riya welcomed her daughter, Divisha, into the world.
