Here’s the inspiring journey of Riya, a Gynoveda consumer who defied the odds and became a mother after doctors told her that natural conception wasn’t possible -
Riya got married in 2014. After a year, she was diagnosed with ovarian cysts, and her doctor recommended medication followed by a laparoscopy. Her local doctors also prescribed 21-day pills, but she stopped taking them as they were hindering her ability to conceive. Despite trying injections, her periods became irregular. She switched to a different gynecologist, who suggested five rounds of IUI, but none were successful, leading Riya to lose hope.
In 2019, Riya conceived naturally, but the pregnancy ended due to a lack of a heartbeat. In 2021, she consulted another doctor who suggested IVF. Riya conceived through IVF, but the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage after one month. She attempted IVF twice more, with six-month intervals between each attempt, but still did not conceive.
