Work Description:

  • Build world’s largest menstrual health community
  • Increase community membership using pull-marketing strategy
  • Drive engagement to build reputation of safe & reliable space for women to discuss periods health & well-being
  • Draw social engagement calendar to methodical increase memberships & build affinity
  • Intuition & data-driven approach to analyze consumer behavior and drive actions

Candidature requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in growing online women-centric community
  • Proven track record & expertise in community building & content marketing
  • Highly digital tools savvy to drive community performance
  • Passionate to work in high pressure start-up environment that’s rapidly evolving
