From Miscarriage to Joy: Mridula's 9-Month Journey

At 36 years old, Mridula Saharia conceived naturally with the help of Gynoveda medicines, despite experiencing a previous miscarriage.

Here's a timeline of her journey:

In 2021, she got married. In 2022, she conceived but unfortunately experienced a miscarriage after three months. The doctor didn't provide a specific reason but advised her to plan for another baby after a three-month gap. In November 2022, she began taking Jeehv and iron folic acid and continued for 2.5 months. In January 2023, her last menstrual period (LMP) was on the 10th. In February 2023, she missed her period and discovered she was pregnant. Throughout her journey, she maintained a healthy lifestyle by walking 40-45 minutes daily, following a Gynovedic diet, reducing non-vegetarian intake, adjusting meal schedules, practicing yoga, avoiding dairy and sugar, and refraining from consuming outside food. She had regular periods and no PCOD. After trying for a year to conceive, she successfully delivered a baby boy in September 2023.

How did she discover Gynoveda?

After seeing an ad on Facebook, especially following her miscarriage, Mridula researched Gynoveda, read reviews, and decided to give it a try. She joined COS in 2022. She preferred Ayurveda over allopathy and was reluctant to pursue IUI/IVF due to potential side effects. She recommended Gynoveda to her sister who was also planning for a second child.

Only her husband and sisters knew about her Gynoveda medication. Though her husband questioned the need for medication when there seemed to be no problem, Mridula, considering her age, persisted with the treatment. She diligently took her medication, even during travel, maintaining a positive outlook. Her hemoglobin levels improved, reaching a count of 12.5, compared to her usual 10.5 or 11, indicating the effectiveness of Gynoveda in her case.
