Sanjana Kulkarni's Story:

In 2018, Sanjana got married and soon started planning for a baby. Despite trying naturally, she couldn’t conceive. Determined, she consulted three doctors in Goa and Delhi. One doctor told her pregnancy would only be possible with a donor egg due to her extremely low AMH count of 0.4. This news left the couple stressed and considering adoption as a last resort.

Another doctor revealed that Sanjana had only one ovary and one fallopian tube, a discovery made during a laparoscopy. She explained that her ovary and tube had been removed years earlier during surgery for cysts, which she had undergone at just 23 years old. Shockingly, the doctors at the time hadn’t informed her about this.

Sanjana tried everything— IUI, follicular studies, allopathic medicines, weight loss, and consultations with various doctors—but nothing worked. After spending lakhs and feeling completely lost without proper guidance, she stumbled upon a Gynoveda advertisement on Facebook. Intrigued by the success stories, she discussed it with her husband, who encouraged her to give Ayurveda a try, saying, "Try karlo, Ayurveda toh best hai."

Sanjana ordered Gynoveda's Jeehv and Iron Folic medicines and consulted a Gynoveda doctor, who advised her to continue the treatment for 6-12 months to conceive naturally. She began noticing improvements within eight months—her period length, which was previously only 1-2 days, improved. Encouraged by these changes but concerned about her age, Sanjana decided to pursue IVF while continuing Gynoveda's medicines.

Before her IVF procedure, tests revealed a remarkable improvement—her AMH count had increased from 0.4 to 0.9, and her egg quality had significantly improved. Sanjana credited these results to Gynoveda. With newfound hope, she underwent her first IVF cycle while taking Gynoveda's Iron and Folic tablets, and to her joy, she conceived on the first attempt.

On 21st June 2024, Sanjana gave birth to twin baby girls, Sharvani and Saanvi. Overwhelmed with happiness, she began recommending Gynoveda to her friends, inspired by the life-changing impact it had on her journey to motherhood.
