Told to Use Donor Egg, Sanjana Conceived Her Own Twins

In 2018, Sanjana got married and soon started planning for a baby. Despite trying naturally, she couldn’t conceive. Determined, she consulted three doctors in Goa and Delhi. One doctor told her pregnancy would only be possible with a donor egg due to her extremely low AMH count of 0.4. This news left the couple stressed and considering adoption as a last resort.

Another doctor revealed that Sanjana had only one ovary and one fallopian tube, a discovery made during a laparoscopy. She explained that her ovary and tube had been removed years earlier during surgery for cysts, which she had undergone at just 23 years old.
