Shiwali Shrivastav's Story:

Shiwali got married in 2011, and after years of struggle, she welcomed her first baby in 2017. Shiwali shared that even for her first baby, she faced numerous challenges and consulted several doctors. Eventually, she gave birth to a baby girl via C-section. It was not an easy journey. She said, "I wish Gynoveda had existed back when I was planning for my first baby."

In 2019, Shiwali started planning for her second child. She consulted three doctors, and all her reports came back normal except for a borderline thyroid issue. She took medication for a few months and then stopped. Due to her age (39 years), all her doctors recommended IVF. However, Shiwali didn’t want to undergo the painful process since she had already faced many challenges during her first pregnancy and had delivered via C-section. She did not want to take any more risks. Despite being in the medical field herself, she couldn’t conceive. She underwent numerous ultrasounds and follicular studies; everything seemed normal, but she still couldn’t conceive.

Adding to her challenges, Shiwali and her husband were in a long-distance relationship, which made planning for a baby difficult. Her husband, who works as an engineer in America, would visit occasionally, and they would plan during those times, but she could not conceive.

In 2023, when her husband came to India, they started trying again. One day, Shiwali came across a Gynoveda ad on Facebook, read all the reviews, and thought, "Since it's Ayurveda, it might take time, but at least it won't have harsh side effects like other medicines." She believed in Ayurveda as an ancient remedy that truly works. Seeing so many women achieve results, she decided to give it a try.

Shiwali ordered Gynoveda medicines, started taking them, and followed Gynoveda’s diet guidelines, tracked her ovulation, and maintained a daily walking routine. To her surprise, she conceived within 1.5 months, but unfortunately, it resulted in a chemical pregnancy. Upon visiting her local doctor, blood tests revealed she had hypothyroidism. The doctor advised that her thyroid levels should be around 2.5 for a healthy pregnancy; otherwise, it could lead to miscarriages. She decided not to take conventional thyroid medications and instead reached out to the Gynoveda team for a natural solution. That’s when she learned about Kanchnar Guggulu.

Living in Himachal Pradesh, where there are vast farms of Kanchnar flowers, she used those flowers for her thyroid issue and focused on weight loss. With the help of Gynoveda’s diet and lifestyle recommendations, she lost 6 kg.

This gave her and her family hope that those long-awaited two pink lines had appeared because of Gynoveda. Encouraged by this, she continued taking Gynoveda medicines. Although her husband had to return to the US, making it difficult to stay in touch, when she flew back to America a few months later, she took her Gynoveda medicines with her and resumed planning for a baby. She maintained her walking routine, followed the Gynoveda diet, stayed stress-free, and, after just one month, she conceived again. On May 24th, 2024, she welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Anaya.

Shiwali is so grateful to Gynoveda that she has recommended it to many of her friends in the US. She is currently in India and plans to order more medicines to take back with her for her friends.
