Monica Ammu's Story:
Monica got married on June 11th, 2020, and began trying for a baby in 2021. But her battle with PCOS had started much earlier—back in 2015, during her engineering days. Her periods were always irregular and delayed.
She initially consulted a gynaecologist who prescribed hormonal pills. Her periods would only come after taking those pills, but the treatment led to weight gain. So, she stopped the medication and decided to focus on lifestyle changes instead.
With dedication, she joined the gym, followed a proper diet, lost 10 kgs, and her periods came back on track naturally.
However, after COVID and post-marriage, staying at home and a sedentary lifestyle led to a PCOS relapse. A visit to the gynaecologist confirmed the same, and further tests revealed that one of her fallopian tubes was blocked. Her husband's reports were normal, but her irregular periods and delayed ovulation made it difficult to conceive.
Her cycles would be delayed by 40 to 50 days, making it impossible to track ovulation accurately.
Then one day, Monica discovered Gynoveda through Facebook. She decided to give it a try and ordered Myrha and Vamha to regulate her periods.
Soon after starting Gynoveda's Ayurvedic treatment, she began noticing positive changes:
✔️ Her periods started coming regularly
✔️ She felt lighter and healthier
✔️ Bloating due to PCOS reduced
✔️ She even lost some more weight
Most importantly, she was now able to track her ovulation with more confidence.
After taking Myrha and Vamha for 3 months, she started Jeehv and continued it for the next 3 months.
And then, after 3 years of waiting, the moment she had been dreaming of finally arrived — Monica conceived naturally and welcomed her beautiful baby girl, Trinika. 👶💕
Grateful for her journey with Gynoveda, Monica didn’t stop there — she recommended the medicines to her friends and even her in-laws, who also experienced positive results.
